Beans are normally long and green
But not a coffee bean
You plant a cherry
And make it merry
You water it and keep it fit
Take the milled beans to the cupper
As coffee makes a good supper
Take the beans roasted and new
Add the water, sugar and brew
Oh! Its lovely fragrance
Will make you realize its importance
When you are in the dumps
Remove the lumps
Take a sip
And smack your lips…………
